Army fitness test: what are the Role Fitness Test (Entry) standards?
The Role Fitness Test (Entry) is taken at the Assessment Centre and has been sex- and age-free since 1 April 2019. It has three parts — a mid-thigh pull, a seated medicine ball throw and a 2 km run — and the pass standard depends on the trade you're applying for.
