How it works

  1. 1

    Find your standard

Pick your service and role. Each page gives the exact pass mark, the official source and the date we last checked it.

  2. 2

    Test yourself

Run the bleep test (or the right tool for your component) and see exactly where you stand.

  3. 3

    See the gap

Every result shows how far past or short of the pass mark you finished, in shuttles or seconds.

From 1 October 2026 the Royal Navy replaced its 2.4 km run with a 20 m bleep test to level 6:6.

Why the numbers here are right

Every standard on Passline is copied from the recruiting service's own published page or PDF, not from a forum thread or an old app. Each one carries the date we last checked it and a link straight to the source, and if a service changes its test, we update the page and log it in the changelog rather than quietly editing the number.
