RAF fitness test: what time do I need for the 2.4 km run?
The Pre-Joining Fitness Test is a 2.4 km treadmill run at zero incline, with the time you need set by your age and sex. There's no multi-stage fitness test and no press-ups or sit-ups at entry.

Good to know
Officers also take an MSFT
Officer candidates take the same PJFT plus a 20 m multi-stage fitness test during a familiarisation visit to Cranwell; the pass standard is given at the visit.
The RAFFT is not the entry test
The widely quoted bleep/press-up/sit-up table (17–29: MSFT 9:10 men / 7:2 women, 20/10 press-ups, 35/32 sit-ups) is the in-service Royal Air Force Fitness Test, not the PJFT used for entry.
